Where can I exchange my train ticket QR code for the physical ticket?

You can exchange your train tickets purchased with Japan Experience at different locations across the area covered by our available routes.

Your train tickets are directly issued through a partnership with the National Japan Railway Company (JR), meaning you will have to scan your QR code at a JR ticket machine to receive the ticket(s). Depending on the region of exchange, the eligible JR machines and conditions of pick-up can differ slightly.
