Where can I exchange my train ticket QR code for a physical ticket?

You can exchange your train tickets purchased with Japan Experience at different locations across the area covered by our available routes.

Your train tickets are directly issued through a partnership with the National Japan Railways Company (JR), meaning you will have to exchange your QR code at JR ticket machines. Depending on the region of exchange, the eligible JR machines and conditions of pick-up differ slightly.
