What is the check-in procedure?

If you requested in-person check-in: Your House Angel will wait for you at the House prior to your arrival and welcome you there. They will show you the accommodation, and explain how to use all of its equipment to enjoy your house to the fullest. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

If you requested self check-in or arrive outside welcoming hours: Your House Angel will send you detailed instructions on how to access your House. You can enter the house using the keybox or digital code. Your House Angel remains available if you have any questions or need assistance before, during or after your check-in.
