What is the cancellation policy when renting accommodation with Japan Experience?

If you have to cancel your stay after booking, please inform us by sending an email as soon as possible: the date the email was sent will be the date used when determining the cancellation costs.

Scale of total cancellation costs:

More than 30 days before : 0%
29 - 8 days before : 50%
7 days before : 100%

Note: This does not apply if the stay is part of a package tour with us. In this case, the cancellation conditions for tours apply.
