Yes, your House Angel can be contacted during your stay if you have any questions or problems in the house, or if you find yourself in a situation where knowing Japanese is essential, for example reporting a lost item, or explaining a medical problem.

 

If your House Angel has a day off during your stay, our bilingual English/Japanese emergency number will be available to assist you instead.
