Airport Delivery

We now offer the option of having your order sent to Tokyo Narita, Tokyo Haneda, or Kansai International airport for you to pick up upon your arrival in Japan.

When you place an order with us and select the airport pickup option, please enter your flight arrival date in Japan, and your flight number. After payment you will immediately receive a booking confirmation email from us.

Note: You must place the order at least 5 days before your arrival date in Japan.

You will then receive another email, 2 days before the pickup date you selected, containing all of the pickup counter details and a map showing the counter location in the airport.

The designated pickup counters are:

• Narita Terminal 1 : North Wing JAL ABC Counter 1F Arrivals
• Narita Terminal 2 : JAL ABC Counter 1F Arrivals
• Haneda Terminal 3 : JAL ABC Counter 2F Arrivals
• Kansai International Terminal 1 : JAL ABC Counter 1F Arrivals

When you arrive in Japan, simply show the email to the staff at the pickup counter to receive your order.

Your order will be kept at the designated airport pick up counter for 3 days after the pickup date, after which time it will be returned to our Tokyo office where we will contact you to arrange for a refund or reshipment to an address in Japan of your choice.
