- IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR JR PASS VOUCHER
If the voucher that we sent you has been lost or stolen, you will need to buy a new one, as a Japan Rail Pass voucher cannot be reissued. Only the original voucher will be accepted by Japan Rail.
If you have lost your voucher, please let us know. Our policy is to cancel it on our system, wait 6 months after the voucher's issue date, and then check with Japan Rail Company that the voucher has never been used. Once confirmed, we can then proceed to refund the voucher.
Note that there is a 15% cancellation fee that will be held from your refund unless you buy a new JR Pass with us immediately after, please provide us with your new order number to waive the cancellation fee.
- IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR EXCHANGED JR PASS
If your activated JR Pass has been lost or stolen while in use, unfortunately no refund or replacement is possible.
If you want to get a new pass, please note that this is only possible after the lost JR Pass has expired.
