I missed my train, what do I do?

For Limited Express reserved seat tickets, even when you miss your train, you are still able to sit in an non-reserved seat in an Ordinary Class car on a later train on the same day.

If your train has been cancelled, or delayed by more than 2 hours, you can take your tickets to a JR ticket office to receive a refund.
