Group guided tours - Will my tour go ahead even if it's not full?

Although the risk of your guided tour being cancelled due to insufficient participants is very low, it does exist. The chance of this is around 4%.

If you are unfortunately within this 4%, you will be informed 3 to 2 months in advance of the trip, and we will ALWAYS offer you another tour, in the same season and most of the time on the same dates. Alternatively, we will offer you a 100% refund on the tour (excluding flights).

In 2023, out of 300 group tour customers who booked with us, 12 were redirected to another tour and 0 stayed at home.
