Group guided tours - Can I contact my tour leader before the tour begins?

Before your tour starts, you will be invited to join a WhatsApp group with your tour leader. If you want to ask questions before this, you can reach us at our usual address contact@japan-experience.com and we will forward your question to the tour leader in case we cannot answer it directly. For most Japan Experience Group Guided tours, you will also be invited to join a pre-meeting online, 3 weeks before your tour starts. Usually the tour leader attends that meeting.
