I can't find the password of my Pocket Wifi

All pocket wifi devices come with instructions on how to use them, a battery charger, a case to carry it and a prepaid envelope to return the device before you leave Japan.

If you cannot find the wifi network and password, don't worry, all you need to do to access this information is:

• Swipe up on the wifi screen
• Touch "SSID"
• The first line is SSID (the name of the network that you need) and the second one is the password

Once you have located the name of the network and the password, you're good to go. On the instructions the SSID is actually called the network, and the password comes with the rest of the information. Your phone should be able to see and connect to the network if the pocket wifi device is turned on and sufficiently charged.
