Orders shipped from our Madrid office using Correos are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.


However it can sometimes take longer, so if your departure date to Japan is less than a week away we cannot guarantee delivery of your order before your departure.


Please note that all of our delivery times are estimates only. For more details on our shipping policies, please visit our website.


Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed with Correos due to the following reasons:


Incorrect address: 


Your package tracking details show as held, and waiting for instructions. 


In this case, we suggest that you contact the post office, or contact us for assistance as soon as possible.


Recipient not at home: 


If nobody is home to accept the delivery, Correos may instead leave the envelope at a post office near you.


Please always check the status of your order using your tracking number on the Correos website, as you will be able to see the details of where your order is being held.


Correos will only hold an item for 15 days. Once the deadline has passed, the envelope will be returned to the sender. 


Package still not shipped:


We process and ship orders daily, Monday to Friday (not on weekends or public holidays). All orders placed before 2pm will be prepared the same day.

Wrong shipping method selected:


You can collect your order directly from our Madrid office, if desired. This option is selectable on our website.


However if you chose to collect from our office by mistake, please let us know. We can send your order by post instead, after receiving payment for the shipping fees.
