When you place your order to a German address, there are two shipping options for Deutsche Post:

Deutsche Post Prio:

Deutsche Post Prio is a premium priority mail service offered by Deutsche Post in Germany. It ensures faster delivery of letters and small parcels within Germany by prioritising these items over regular mail. Prio mail is delivered more quickly than an Einschreiben, typically within one business day, but note that delays are still possible, so please allow 2-5 business days for the delivery. 

Deutsche Post Prio sometimes assigns the shipment status "Delivered" even before the actual delivery has taken place, as soon as the shipment is scanned at the delivery centre. This means that the tracking details may show that your order has been delivered, even though it has not. If this happens, don't worry - your order should be delivered in the next few days.

Deutsche Post - Einschreiben Einwurf

Einschreiben Einwurf is a service provided by Deutsche Post in Germany that offers proof of delivery for mail items. It allows senders and recipients to track the delivery of letters or documents, confirming their arrival at the recipient's address.

This service may be slower than Deutsche Post Prio, but it provides reliable tracking of your shipment. We recommend this service for orders of Japan Rail Pass vouchers.
