Please double check that all the delivery details provided are correct before finalising your order. If the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete, it will delay or prevent successful delivery.

If you do make a mistake with the delivery address, our various carriers handle this in different ways.

Fedex:

FedEx should contact you by telephone to determine correct delivery details. If FedEx cannot reach you, they will contact us. We will then send you an e-mail informing you of the delivery problem and asking you to contact them.

You can also contact FedEx directly (providing your tracking number) by visiting: https://www.fedex.com/insight/info/contactus.jsp

If necessary, someone else can receive the envelope for you. Leave a signed note on your door or letterbox instructing FedEx to give your envelope to a neighbor, or to authorise delivery of the item without a signature.

Correos, Laposte, Chronopost:

Your package's status will be pending, awaiting instructions from the recipient.

If the carrier does not receive any instructions, the package will be returned to the sender due to missing instructions. Once we receive it we will contact you to find out if you would prefer reshipment or refund. Note that if you need the envelope sent out again, a re-shipping fee will apply.

Please note that it is important to track your package using the tracking details we send you to keep updated about possible issues, as these carriers will not notify you directly if the address is incorrect or incomplete.

Royal Mail:

If the delivery address on the envelope is not correct and the envelope cannot be delivered, Royal Mail will return it to our London office. We will then contact you to find out if you would prefer reshipment or refund. Note that if you need the envelope sent out again, a re-shipping fee will apply.

Deutsche Post:

If the delivery address on the envelope is not correct and the envelope cannot be delivered, Deutsche Post will return it to our Berlin office. We will then contact you to find out if you would prefer reshipment or refund. Note that if you need the envelope sent out again, a re-shipping fee will apply.
