In the case where your order is unable to be delivered by the carrier after several attempts, or if you simply refuse the delivery, your package will be returned to us. The cost of returning the package to us will be at your expense, and deducted from any refund due to you.


If you would like your order shipped out again instead of refunded, please contact us to let us know, providing a new delivery address if needed. Note that you will need to pay any applicable reshipping fees for this.
