Refunded back to an expired/cancelled card

If a refund is processed to an expired or cancelled card, your bank should automatically ensure that the money is redirected to your current account.


For security reasons, we can only refund the card that was used to place the original order with us, so if you don't receive the money we ask that you please contact your bank for assistance, as they should make sure the money reaches your account.
