We’re so sorry if your pocket wifi isn’t working as expected.

 

If the battery isn’t charging, please first try using another USB cable, if you have one of your own that would be compatible.

 

If this doesn’t help or if you’re having a different issue, please contact us, or reach out to our suppliers GAC directly at info@globaladvancedcomm.com or +81-50-3196-1160, and they will do their best to solve the issue remotely, or if that isn’t possible they will arrange for a replacement device to be sent to you as soon as possible. You just need to be able to provide:

  • Your order number
  • The name and address of the hotel you’ll be staying at for the next few days
  • The name your hotel reservation was made under
