Pocket Wifi - Reship device to different address

Should your travel plans change unexpectedly at the last minute, and you need your pocket wifi shipped to a different address after it has already been shipped, we can arrange to re-ship the device to you. 

You’ll just need to contact us through our online form and let us know the hotel redelivery information:

Unfortunately we cannot ship to AirBnB/rental apartment addresses. If you’re staying at an AirBnB, we can ship the wifi to the nearest post office instead, for you to go and collect. 

There is a 1000 yen reshipping fee that you’ll have to pay via payment link. We’ll send the payment link to your email address.

Once the delivery information has been received the payment link will be sent to you, and we’ll confirm the reshipment with our supplier after it’s paid. Please note that due to the short timeframe and small amount you are not able to pay via bank transfer.
