SIM Cards - How to cancel and obtain a refund

The SIM card is refundable if it has never been used, for up to 1 month after the date of purchase. There is a 10% cancellation fee which will be withheld from your refund. If the deadline is missed, we are unable to offer a refund.


Please send your unused SIM card with a short explanatory note and your order number to your nearest Japan Experience Office. The SIM card holder does not contain your order number, please ensure that you enclose your order number together with the SIM card otherwise we are unable to process your refund


We recommend that you use a tracked or registered postal service to be sure of the delivery.


After receiving the SIM card, we’ll refund you back to the credit card you used to place the order.


If the bank account linked with the card used for the order's payment has changed since your purchase, or you paid by bank transfer, please provide the banking information needed for us to make an international bank transfer.
