House reservations can be made online, by email, or by phone, if you would like more details before booking. Otherwise, visit the page of the house or apartment that interests you. You'll be able to choose the duration of your stay and the number of travellers. If the selected dates are greyed out, this means that the accommodation is not available during that period.


If you previously stayed in a house that is no longer available, we recommend  searching for a different house within the same area.


We also recommend not to wait until the last minute to book. Remember to plan your trip as early as possible to secure the house you wish to stay at. They’re very popular and get booked up quickly!


If you need to cancel your house booking, it is not a problem, just contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. The cancellation fees are as follows:


  • You’re entitled to a full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before check-in.
  • You’ll be charged 50% of the total booking if you cancel 8 to 29 days before check-in.

You’ll be charged 100% of the total booking if you cancel 7 days or less before check-in.
