What are the cancellation terms for an Excursion?

If you need to cancel your Excursion after booking, please let us know as soon as possible. The date you contact us will be considered as the cancellation date for the invoicing of any cancellation costs. 

Cancellation costs:

  • Up to 35 days prior to departure: 15% fee
  • From 35 to 21 days prior to departure: 50% fee
  • From 20 to 8 days prior to departure: 75% fee
  • From 7 days before the start date: No refund
