Can I use the eSIM as a hotspot?

Yes! To use your eSIM as a hotspot, please first ensure you have the hotspot function (internet sharing function) turned ON.

For Android devices, no further setup should be required.

For iOS (Apple) devices, please also follow these steps:

Go to “Cellular Data Network”

Enter the information below into both the “CELLULAR DATA” and “PERSONAL HOTSPOT” boxes, and save:

APN: ppsim.jp

Username: pp@sim

Password : jpn

Go to Settings > Cellular Data, and if “Personal Hotspot” is displayed, then the setup is complete.
