Can I cancel my activity?

Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible if you need to cancel your activity.

The general cancellation fees for our activities in Japan are as follows:

- Cancellation more than seven days before the activity : full refund

- Cancellation from seven days before the activity up to 5pm the day before : 50% refund

- Cancellation after 5pm the day before or on the same day of the activity : no refund

Please note that some of our activities are non-refundable, and some have different cancellation policies to the general terms listed above. Always check the specific activity product page for details, and make sure you understand the terms and conditions of your chosen activity before booking.
