Universal Studios Japan tickets

Universal Studios Japan (often known as USJ) was the first Universal Studio park to be built outside the USA, and was an instant hit with theme park fans. Opened in Osaka in 2001, it’s the most visited park after Tokyo Disney Resort. It's also the fifth most visited theme park in the world!

There are 10 areas at USJ: Hollywood, New York, San Francisco, Jurassic Park, Waterworld, Amity Village, Universal Wonderland, Minion Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and lastly, opening in 2021, Super Nintendo World.

Note that because of their popularity, some attractions like Super Nintendo World or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter require timed entry tickets. 

You can download the Universal Studio Japan app, arrive very early and pray for good luck, or you can guarantee your entry by purchasing an Express Pass that includes entry to the attraction that you want to see.

How to book your tickets:

1. Choose a date

2. Choose the type of ticket (adult or child)

3. If you need Express Passes, please purchase them afterwards. 

4. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Japan Experience. This is NOT your ticket!

5. You’ll receive your e-ticket by email with a QR code to enter the park within one week of purchase. 

※ Please note that if you order more than 2 months in advance, don't worry if you do not receive your tickets right away. You’ll receive the tickets from us approximately 2 months before the park entry date.
