How are activities booked?

To book an activity, simply go to the product page of your desired activity, and follow the steps to book and pay for the activity online.

Once you have ordered and paid, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number.

Our team in Japan will then book the activity you have selected. Once booked, they will send you another email confirmation to provide you with the all the activity details and instructions, plus an entrance ticket or voucher if needed.

This usually happens closer to the event date, please always be sure to check your email junk mail folder, in case any emails from us end up there!
