I lost my pocket wifi and/or its accessories

If you lose the pocket wifi, or return it with any accessories missing or damaged, you will be charged the following fees:

• Lost wifi device : €180 / $200 / £160
• Missing or damaged accessory (case, adapter, cable) : €15 / $16 / £13 per missing item
