Of course, changing or extending your wifi rental dates is no problem.

 

CHANGE

To reschedule the rental dates of your pocket wifi. Please get in touch by phone or email and let us know your order number, the new rental dates, and if necessary, a new shipping address and a recipient name.

 

Please note that if your new rental is longer than the original one, we will ask you to pay the difference through a secure payment link sent by email.

 

EXTENSION

To extend your pocket wifi rental, please get in touch  with us to confirm the new end date of your rental. We’ll calculate and confirm the extra amount to be paid, and you’ll be able to make the payment through a secure payment link that you will receive by email.
