How does the pocket wifi rental work?

PICK-UP:

Our pocket wifi rentals are all handled in Japan.

When you order a pocket wifi on our website, we ask you whether you would like it delivered to the airport when you arrive, or sent to your hotel in Japan. For airport pickup, it will arrive at the counter before your flight arrival time. For hotel delivery, the wifi will arrive by noon on the first day of your rental.

You’ll be informed of all the pick up details by email ahead of time.

USE:

Follow the instructions printed on the back of the device, or on the included card. The name of the Wifi network and login information are printed on the device.

RETURN:

At the end of your trip, remember to return the pocket wifi, charging cable, and case while you're still in Japan.

Please use the prepaid return envelope provided and return all the items by mailing them from any Japanese post box. As long as you post it by noon the day after your rental ends, it will be received in time. If you want to return the wifi at the airport you can do so, as there are post boxes there, but please ensure you post the device BEFORE passing through airport security, as it isn't possible after this point.
