You might have noticed that prices change frequently on our website. Our prices are based on the fluctuation of the exchange rate with the Japanese Yen, as this is the currency in which we purchase our products.

Although it’s not a totally new concept and many companies have been using it over the years, dynamic pricing is something that’s much more relevant in the era of e-commerce companies. Essentially, dynamic pricing is a strategy where product prices are continually adjusted, sometimes within minutes, in response to real-time supply and demand, it's a well-known practice in the tourism industry.

[1] Companies often adjust product prices based on algorithms that take into account competitors' prices, supply and demand, and other external factors such as currency fluctuation.

[2] Dynamic pricing has long been common practice in many industries such as hotels, travel, entertainment, retail, electricity, and public transport.

To ensure you get the correct price at the check out, please:

  • Log in to your account (products cannot be purchased without an account)
  • Select your region (top right of your browser)
  • Select your currency (also top right of your browser)

If you added a product to your cart but did not complete the booking process, the price may change at the check if you try to finalise your order later.

Please note that prices are usually updated daily, unless there is a sudden change in the Japanese currency.
