On our website we offer two payment methods: 

  • Payment by credit card
  • Payment by bank transfer 

If you would like to change or update your payment method after validating your order, please contact us. There is no need to cancel your order and place a new one. We'll be happy to send you an email with our bank transfer details, or a link to pay securely by credit card. 


Please note that we cannot ship an order until after the payment has been confirmed. 


As it can take up to 10 working days for a bank transfer to be confirmed by our finance team, if you will be travelling soon we strongly recommend that you pay by credit card rather than bank transfer, to ensure your order gets processed and dispatched as soon as possible.
