In order to prevent credit card fraud, we may in some cases contact you by email and ask you to send us a legible scan or picture of any government identification of the owner of the credit card used to make the order.

 

We only require a photo of the person, a view of the full name, and any validity and expiration dates. You can censor any other information.

 

We follow this process in order to protect our customer’s credit card information. 

 

If you aren’t comfortable providing the requested ID, unfortunately we will not be able to fulfil your order. Should this be the case, we will instead provide a full refund back to the card used to pay.
