Any credit notes held by our customers have expired as of September 30th, 2023

 

We are extremely sorry if you missed this deadline, but any remaining credit can no longer be redeemed or refunded. As Japan remained closed to tourists for almost three years it is difficult for us to make exceptions and absorb the cost.

 

The credit notes were made available since 2020, and had to be financially consolidated by the end of Q3 in 2023.

 

If you purchased travel insurance, we can provide an invoice to claim the charges.

 

Because of the sensitive nature of Covid-19 we opted not to send reminders that could potentially upset bereaved family members.
