I want to reset my password

If you cannot remember your password, we cannot reset it for you. To resolve the issue just reset your password yourself, as follows:

To change the password on your account, first click on Login, enter your email address, and click on "Reset password".

You will then receive an email to set your new password.

Please note that the password must contain at least:

• 8 characters,
• One capital letter
• A lower case letter
• One number
• A special character @_#$%^&*()+=-[];,.\/{}|":<>?!~.

If the system gives an error message, we recommend closing the session and starting again.
