If you are experiencing difficulties whilst trying to place an order, please follow the steps below:
Please note that you need to open an account to be able to place an order, otherwise you might still be able to select products but get an error message when trying to complete the purchase
Then the following steps may help you to solve the problem:
- Close your browser
- Clear the cache
- Log back in to your Japan Experience account
- Select your region
- Select your currency
- Select your products again
If the above steps don’t solve the issue and it still persists after you have created your account, please reach out to us and send us a screenshot of the issue/error message and describe the problem in as much detail as you can. We’ll be happy to help.
Please note that payment issues are not related to our website, you will need to contact your bank or authorize the transaction using your bank app. There is no issue with our payment system.
