Absolutely! Takkyubin services are very convenient, and we are happy to accommodate you if you want to use this service. However, your House Angel has strict schedule restrictions that do not allow them to stay at your house for the 2 hour window required by delivery companies.
We kindly ask that you choose a delivery window where you can ensure that you will be at the house to receive the luggage.
