Pocket Wifi - I didn’t receive my tracking number

To pick up your pocket wifi, you’ll need to go to the pickup counter and show staff your passport, and the tracking number we send you by email. The tracking number and pickup counter details will be sent to you approximately 1-2 days before your wifi rental is due to start. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder in case the email lands there.

If you haven't received the tracking number, it’s likely because the package hasn't been sent yet, and therefore the tracking number has not yet been issued.

If you don't receive the tracking number before your departure, please don't worry.

  1. There’s free wifi in the airports, you’ll be able to check your emails upon your arrival.
  2. You can also pick up your device just by showing your name and passport, if needed.
