It is important to remember that our websites are www.japan-experience.com and www.japan-rail-pass.com.
If you have purchased your JR Pass voucher from any other website, we will unfortunately not be able to help you. If you ordered with us, your order/ confirmation number will begin with a ‘3’ followed by 6 other digits. e.g. 3XXXXXX


Please check all of your purchase information carefully (such as your order confirmation email and invoice) for the right company's contact information.
