Yes, you can add your Pasmo card to your phone with the pasmo application. This way, you can use it for public transportation and pay in kombini or in vending machines when they accept contactless.
This app is available on IOS on the AppStore and on Android on Google Play.
However, the app is only available on Japanese phones or with a Japanese sim card! So, if your iphone or android, does not meet these criteria, you will not be able to use the Pasmo application.
