Please follow the instructions below:
- Only the person that created the original order can request a new booking
- The new order must be in the same currency as your credit note
- Go to the [Japan Experience](https://www.japan-experience.com/) website
- Place an order for the product of your choice
- Once on the payment page, select the "credit note" tab.
- Validate the order
- Email email@example.com your original order number and your new order number
An agent will process and confirm the order by email, your patience while we complete your new booking is appreciated.
To avoid unnecessary delays please email us your original order number AND your new order number after purchase.
If there is a difference between the value of your order and the value of your credit note, you will be sent a payment link to settle the difference, if the difference is in your favour we will contact you to request bank details to refund the difference.
Please note that we cannot refund the original card used for payment.
